Local Delivery (Townsville Only)
•    Free local delivery is available on all orders over $40.
    •    Deliveries are arranged around my availability — as a stay-at-home mum, I can’t always zip around town on short notice, but I’ll do my best to deliver within a few days.
    •    If preferred, we can also arrange a convenient meeting spot for collection.

Click & Collect (By Arrangement Only)
    •    Free click & collect is available for local customers.
    •    Once you’ve placed your order, please send me a quick message to organise a collection time.

Standard Shipping
    •    Flat rate: $10
    •    Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days (via Australia Post)

Express Shipping
    •    Flat rate: $15
    •    Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days (via Australia Post)

Processing Time
    •    Please allow 2–4 days for your order to be prepared and packed.
    •    As a stay-at-home mum running Better Lash, I do my very best to process orders quickly, but at times it may take a little longer. I truly appreciate your patience and support 🖤
