We want you to absolutely love your Better Lash products! 

For hygiene reasons, we’re unable to accept returns or offer refunds once lashes have left our studio.


If your order arrives and something isn’t quite right, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order number and photos, and we’ll make it right with a replacement if there’s a genuine manufacturing fault.


Please remember — strip lashes are delicate, so damage from removal or wear isn’t considered a product fault.
